The
30-year-old man who was killed in a fatal hit-and-run
near Navan early Sunday morning has been identified as

Morlang

for the person reponsible to come forward.
"We
have a lot of pain. We are sad. We don't know what happened,"
said a devastated Isabelle Tardif. "The only person
who knows is the person who (did the) hit-and-run. Please
call."

in Ottawa where he was a structural steel worker. He lived
on Frank Kenny Road with two roommates.
