Constantly improving
to meet our residents needs

St. Joseph Manor recently went through an extensive renovation to improve the quality of life of residents. All communal areas and resident rooms have been repainted, the latter at the choice of the resident or their family. Having residents and family members involved in the colour choice promoted a team effort at the Manor. Many new ensuite bathrooms were also installed to promote the privacy and dignity of residents.

Major improvements to the first floor include an upgraded main dining room complete with a new working fireplace. Also, adjoining the dining room is a separate private dining room for family gatherings and a small lounge area. A country kitchen has been added to the west end of the building to encourage residents to become involved in cooking activities.

The main reception and lounge area has been transformed with the addition of a fireplace and new furniture. On the second floor, the dining room was expanded to overlook the stained glass windows in the chapel below. In addition, two newly renovated lounge areas were completed. The third floor received a newly redecorated lounge area along with significant cosmetic upgrading.

St. Joseph Manor hasn't finished yet. The residence has implemented an intense education program for all of our staff, and is revised as residents' needs change. It is important that the safety and happiness of residents come first at St. Joseph Manor.

We are available at any time to address your questions and assist you in any matters concerning the service at St. Joseph Manor. If you require additional information or if you would like a personal tour, please drop in or call us at 830-4000 and ask for Eric Chartrand, Director of Lifestyle Services.
